Campelo lies on the Ferrolterra coast, part of the rougher, rockier stretch of the Rias Altas where slate and schist boulders replace the smooth sand found further south. This wider view takes in the full boulder field rolling out toward the waterline, with the breaking waves and a heavy sky doing the rest of the work at sunset.
